Niko Viramo is a hotel expert, tourism professional and a motivational speaker in the topics of presentation skills and leadership. He is the founder of Fizz Academy – a small team of highly qualified speakers and trainers in these topics.

He has more than 10 years of leadership experience in the tourism business, working in the head office as well as in operations in the major international hotel chains. His own management experience with company executives, project teams and international organisations gave him the background to help people find their core talents and become better speakers and leaders.

Niko is also an active trainer and speaker in the community: He is Junior Chamber International 'Certified Head Trainer' as well as 'Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM)' by the Toastmasters International. Niko has been a 'Toastmaster' for over 7 years in Austria, coaching and guiding numerous individuals to become better speakers and leaders.
