He has more than 10 years of leadership experience in the tourism world, working in the head office as well as in operations in the major international hotel chains. His own management experience and presentations to company executives, project teams and international organisations gave him the background to help people find their talent and become better speakers and leaders.

Niko is also an active trainer and speaker in the community: He is Junior Chamber International accredited 'Certified National Trainer' as well as 'Competent Leader' & 'Advanced Communicator' by the Toastmasters International. Niko has been a 'Toastmaster' for over 5 years in Austria, coaching and guiding numerous Toastmasters to become better speakers and leaders.
